As a Health Coach, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. After losing my mother to a heart attack in December 2016 at 59 years old, I battled depression for a year and lived a lifestyle that didn't serve my higher purpose in life. While on vacation with my two boys in February 2018, we took a picture and I was shocked at how much weight I had gained. I decided in June that I wanted to live a healthier life so that I could live longer for my kids and feel better about the person I was. I started this journey, a forever journey to honor my mother and her Legacy.

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe that getting fit should be enjoyed - not dreaded! Helping people change their lives is incredibly fulfilling and rewarding and I take pride in what I do.
I’ve been an online coach since 2018 and as someone who has been on this journey, I'm very familiar with the obstacles that you may face. I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness and nutrition can brings to all areas of our lives and I know that you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to.
